Influence by some of the greats, namely Big Pun, Biggie, The Game, and Wu-Tang, Maserait Money has been doing his job creating a healthy buzz and level of support amongst die hard hip hop fans.
Introduced to the culture and music of Hip Hop by older family members whose love affair with the art date back to the essence of jams in the park, DJ battles, and break-dancing, Maserati Money was attracted to the lyrical expression, as well as the way that Hip Hop has served to galvanize an entire human race. Transcended mere geographic limitations Maserati Money is inspired by the genre's expansion and opportunitites.
Music has always come natural, beginning at an early age Maserati would play around with melodies in his mind, and re-make some of his favorite songs, sharing his version with whomever would listen. At the age of 13 he no longer had to borrow flows, he had developed his own way with a mic, and the plight had begun. He visited his first studio around that time, and fell in love with the work ethic and time that went into making a hit record.

At 23 years old now, Maserati Money is on the cusp of greatness, no longer just relying on his potential that everyone has reminded him about. With performances under his belt at well know Hip Hop venues such as Club 560 and Ebony Lounge in the Bronx, on down to Renowned Soho Lounge, Sapphire. Besides his first encounter with a recording studio, Maserati notes his debut at an amateur contest at the World Famous Apollo Theater as a pivotal moment.
" The legacy of the Apollo goes without saying. For me to have that opportunity was inspiring. Made me feel like a lot of my goals are possible. With that I have stuck to my grind."

Personifying that raw gritty sound that has made East Coast MC-ing the hallmark of a culture, a generation, Maserati Money vows to put his own twist on the music, and the game itself. Putting his life (the good, bad, and ugly) into every bar has helped him brand himself, and give the people what they need- Authenticity.
